At True Classic, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the size isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process quick and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it at a local collection point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
